Many people say that this cow looks like a sheep. It does a bit. But it is surrounded by beautiful gardens, and that is far more important. The round hedges represent circularity and the red plants represent something that is not blue or yellow. Well no, I don't really know what I'm talking about. I can't remember what that plaque thing says either. Tough luck, eh.
